 We believe in simple and transparent pricing for our patients, which is why we post our pricing on our website.

 

IMPORTANT! Please note that Coastal Speech and Swallow Center DOES NOT take insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or other 3rd party insurances. Appointments are paid for upon scheduling through this website.

 

You may pay via credit card, debit card, Paypal, or HSA/FSA Debit Card. Billing is done securely through our website upon scheduling of services and evaluations through this website.

 

We will provide you with a billing receipt and a coded services summary after your session via email so that you may submit it to your insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid for possible reimbursement. Coast Speech & Swallow does not warrant your insurance will reimburse you for this specialized therapy.

CANCELATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

Due to the high demand for our services, if you cancel or miss an appointment outside of our cancelation/reschedule time frame, there are no refunds.

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment we will do our best to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge however, please be aware we are sometimes booking months out. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

 

In order to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, you must cancel or reschedule within 24 hours (1 day) before your scheduled appointment to avoid a new therapy session fee. Please contact your SLP directly, call our office at 805-221-7282 or use our contact form to reschedule.
