Service Description

This is a targeted 45-60 minute Speech & Language clinical evaluation to determine if LSVT Loud is appropriate for your Parkinson's or neurological disorder. This evaluation is required BEFORE you can begin the LSVT program. So please DO NOT sign up for the LSVT Program unless you have completed this evaluation and your SLP has advised you to do so.

Once you book your appointment you will be charged. There are no refunds.

Your appointment is billed and paid for upon booking your appointment. Due to the high demand of our services, we require a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. IF YOU DO NOT provide 24 hour notice, you will need to rebook your appointment at the normal appointment rate and will have forfeited the original appointment fee. IF YOU DO give 24 hour notice, we will work to reschedule your appointment as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that we are sometimes booking weeks and months out so please try to keep your appointment to ensure you are getting the best care possible. Thank you.
